He graduated with his law degree from Boston College Law School in 1985. Upon graduation, he joined Hancock & Estabrook in Syracuse, New York. After moving to Bradenton, he worked for Holland & Knight before joining his wife, Cathie, at her practice in Bradenton. Peter has been able to attain the following for our clients:

  • Many state court bench and jury verdicts in Florida concerning construction litigation, commercial litigation, real estate disputes, and even a six-figure jury verdict.
  • Many personal injury case resolutions, including one involving finding a way around Florida’s worker’s compensation law to procure a $1.3 million settlement.
  • Many family law trial victories; some followed by procuring appellate court rulings affirming the trial court’s decision.

Peter is admitted to practice in Florida, New York State, and the United States Federal Courts.

Peter and Cathie live in Holmes Beach and have four children. The eldest daughter graduated from Vanderbilt University. Their triplets recently graduated from Florida State University, University of Central Florida, and Eastern Illinois University.
